Altrincham & District Athletic Club are a friendly, sociable club based in Timperley, which is situated on the South Manchester/Cheshire border. It was founded in 1961 by four people - Alan & Janet Hardman, and Doug & Elsie Allen

We cater for all four disciplines of athletics:
Track&Field, Road Running, Cross-Country Running and Fell Running.
We have a membership of over 200, which is increasing all the time.
We welcome everybody to our training activities and membership, regardless of ability. Whether you're looking to lose weight, seeking to get fitter, an athlete from another sport or a complete beginner training for a marathon and joining in for some company in their training, you are most welcome to join in our training sessions with no obligations.
